Scripture Above All: Our Foundation for Faith and Practice. At New Begining, we hold one unwavering conviction that guides everything we do: the Bible is our final authority

Leadership Philosophy

Genesis 33:13-14 is the cornerstone of Pastor Seiber’s leadership philosophy – understanding that God’s people, like tender sheep, need careful, patient guidance rather than harsh driving that could cause spiritual harm.

Looking for a church that preaches the Word of God verse by verse?

New Beginning Baptist believes in “Verse by Verse, exegetical preaching.”  Pastor Keith Seiber believes that we need to work through the Bible verse-by-verse to make sure we do not fall into the trap of eisegesis, and because we are commanded to teach and preach the whole counsel of God (Acts 20:27).

Expository preaching, also known as expositional preaching, is a form of preaching that details the meaning of a particular text or passage of Scripture. It explains what the Bible means by what it says. Exegesis is technical and grammatical exposition, a careful drawing out of the exact meaning of a passage in its original context.

PASTOR SEIBER’S FAMILY

The Seiber’s moved to Florida with the purpose of helping people know and follow Jesus Christ. God has called Pastor Seiber to lead a welcoming and loving church with a Passion for God’s Word and Compassion for His people. Pastor Seiber’s vision for our church can be summed up succinctly in two words – New Beginnings. We believe the God of the second chance has a plan and a purpose for everyone (Jonah 3:1 – And the word of the LORD came unto Jonah the second time…).  We would love to invite you to visit New Beginning Baptist!

Frequently Asked Questions

How are your services?

New Beginning Baptist services are warm and loving. Our people are welcoming. Our people love to meet new people and welcome new people. We use the hymns, but we also sing some new songs too. Our services many would call more traditional, but we do not believe tradition is the standard – God’s Word is the standard we are to live by. We are to live by this standard in all areas of our faith and practice.

What about the preaching and teaching?

Our church believes in Expository Preaching. Our church’s goal is to help people with their spiritual journey by in-depth Bible studies, and doctrinally rich teaching. We seek to be relevant and authentic with both. We strive to present Biblical truths in a way that is real and applicable to everyday life.

What kind of church is this?

We are a Bible-believing independent Baptist church. We are Biblicists. We strongly believe in New Beginnings in and through Christ. We are a church that seeks to follow the Word of God in our faith and practice. We seek to honor God and bring glory to Him in all we do. We are conservative in our core beliefs. We use the King James Bible. We also have a firm conviction that we serve the God of the second chance (Jonah 3:1). We want to reach the lost with the Gospel and serve our community in and through the love of Christ.

Bear Ye One Another’s Burdens

We live in a broken world, with broken people. But we, as Christians, know the truth of Jesus and the restoration He offers.

When we allow ourselves to feel vulnerable and open about our hurt for others, we find it is that very hurt that fuels our faith in God. When we feel the weight of the world’s brokenness, we must pair it with the Hope and Joy we have in Jesus!

Answers to Our Prayers (Proverbs 3:5-6)
